Oil cleansing is also very healthy for your skin and a great makeup remover. Massage a quarter sized drop of coconut oil into your face for a few minutes. Dab with a warm, damp cloth until face feels free of excess oil. Pat, never rub! It will help keep skin tight and keep it soft. Oil cleansing does not strip your skin like traditional skin cleansers.

Pure, raw coconut oil is a great all over skin moisturizer. Whipped body butter keeps skin tight and healthy. It will also minimize scars and stretch marks. For the healthiest way to shave your legs, use coconut oil as well. Smooth a little on your legs or arm pits before shaving.

Raw coconut oil should be in every first aid kit. It can sooth a rash, cool a burn and heal diaper rash. Coconut oil is naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. It is also very good for finger nails and toe nails to keep hang nails and fungus away.
