Supplement Your Cleanse With Flex Foods

purium43There are many ways a Purium 10 Day Transformation Cleanse is different from other fast cleanse products. Not only does the system provide complete nutrition, Purium understands that we get hungry. With that in mind, there are a list of flex foods that can be eaten while completing a 10 day transformation cleanse.

Purium gives us a list of “Flex Foods” – foods you can eat during your 10-day transformation when you get a strong urge to eat some “real” foods.

Purium understands that it may be hard to drink your meals for 10 full days, eating items from the flex foods list will not interfere with the cleanse process, but will help you get through it.

 

Here are some flex foods examples (be sure to chew thoroughly):

  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup of organic berries
  • 1 cup of watermelon
  • Organic celery
  • Organic cucumber slices (with sea salt & cayenne pepper)
  • Organic sweet potato
  • 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 oz of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 8 oz of unsweetened herbal tea
  • 8-16 oz of any Purium “green drink”

vegetables-basket_fyE57FBdYou can also eat flex foods that are not on the list, as long as it is a raw, organic vegetable or fruit of a reasonable size.

For best results, try to have only 1 serving of flex foods a day with 3 servings max.  Also, it is best to not have any flex foods after the first 3 days or so.

If you feel hungry, drink water and wait for about 15 minutes.  If you are still hungry, try just 1 serving of a flex food.

But if you have to eat, and sometimes we all just have to eat,  try to find something healthy and get back on the plan the next day.  It’s better to “cheat” and continue than give up!
